The World According to Davidson
The World According to Davidson:
1. We are the envy of other towns because we are small; therefore, we must grow.
2. We must be dense because Cornelius is not.
3. We have no diversity because our builders’ starter homes are $350K; therefore we must build apartments that rent for $1,600 per month.
4. We will only be vibrant if we keep growing; therefore, we believe in unsustainable growth that will make us dull.
5. We must have open space out of town; therefore, we cannot have any open space in town.
6. Two plus two equals five.
